Türkiye — Knitwear & Denim

Türkiye is our answer when the date matters. Transit to Bahrain is materially shorter than from South or East Asia, and the mill base around Bursa, Denizli and Istanbul is geared to shorter runs with quicker changeover than the volume-oriented origins.

Finishing quality on knitted cloth and denim is the strongest of any corridor we use — handle, shade consistency and washing are noticeably better, which is why we recommend it for anything where the fabric is the selling point rather than a cost line.

Unit prices are higher than India or China for the same specification. For volume commodity orders it will usually not be the right choice, and we will say so.
