Who we are

A Bahraini textile trading house built on accurate answers

Dar Almadar International Co W.L.L was registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain on 2 July 2026 under commercial registration 1-198215, with one licensed activity: the sale and trade of textiles. We are based in Al Hamalah in the Northern Governorate and we supply fabric — nothing else.

Being a new company shapes how we work. We cannot point at a decade of contracts, so we compete on the things a buyer can verify on the first order: an accurate specification, a price that holds, a date we meet, and goods inspected before they ship.

What we do

Six ways we supply fabric

From a single roll off the shelf to a scheduled container programme, with the paperwork handled.

01

Wholesale fabric supply

Woven and knitted fabric supplied by the roll, the bale and the container, from stock where we hold it and to order where we do not.

02

Textile sourcing & procurement

Send us a specification or a swatch and we will find it. We work across several mill regions rather than pushing whatever one supplier happens to have.

03

Import & customs coordination

We handle the shipping file end to end — documentation, certificate of origin, HS classification and clearance into Bahrain through our broker.

04

Bulk & contract orders

Uniform, hospitality and medical programmes where the same quality and shade have to be repeatable order after order. We keep the approved reference on file.

05

Sampling & quality inspection

Header cards and cutting samples before you commit, and pre-shipment inspection against the approved sample before goods leave the mill.

06

Warehousing & regional delivery

Delivery across Bahrain and the wider Gulf, with call-off scheduling on contract quantities so you are not storing a full order on site.

Why work with us

Straight answers on specification, price and dates

We are a new company and we would rather earn trust by being accurate than by overclaiming. That shapes how we quote.

01

We quote against a specification

Composition, weight, width, finish, quantity and origin — stated on the quotation, so you can compare our offer against anyone else's on equal terms.

02

Several origins, not one

We buy across India, China, Türkiye, Egypt, Pakistan, Korea and Japan, and we recommend the corridor that fits your priority — cost, quality or date.

03

Realistic lead times

We quote dates we can hold, including production, inspection, transit and clearance. If a date is not achievable we say so instead of agreeing and slipping.

04

Inspection before shipment

Goods are checked against the approved sample before they leave the mill, because a shade problem found in Bahrain is a shade problem you have already paid to ship.

05

Certification we can evidence

If we say a fabric is OEKO-TEX, GOTS or GRS certified, we can hand you the certificate and the transaction certificate for your shipment.

06

One point of contact

The person who quotes your order sees it through to delivery. No handovers, no repeating your specification to three different people.

Where it comes from

Our sourcing corridors

We buy through established mill regions, each suited to different work. Knowing which corridor fits your priority — cost, quality or speed — is most of the job.

Sourcing corridors, not exclusive agreements — we buy where the specification, price and date line up best.

How we source

Tell us what you need and we will price it

Send a specification, a swatch or just the end use and quantity. You will get a written quotation with the origin, lead time and terms stated.
