About Us

A Bahrain-registered textile trading company supplying woven and knitted fabric across the Kingdom and the wider Gulf.
The company

Dar Almadar International Co W.L.L

We are a textile trading company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Our commercial registration, 1-198215, was issued by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce on 2 July 2026, and our licensed activity is the sale and trade of textiles. The company is constituted as a limited liability company (W.L.L.) under the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Legislative Decree No. 21 of 2001.

Our registered office is at Flat/Shop 11, Building 1022D, Road 1220, Block 1012, Al Hamalah, in the Northern Governorate of Bahrain. The deed of association permits us to open branches inside and outside the Kingdom; at present we operate from this one location.

What we actually do

We buy woven and knitted fabric from mills abroad and sell it in Bahrain and the surrounding market. Some of it we hold; most of it we source to order against a customer’s specification. We are a trading house, not a mill — we do not weave, dye or finish cloth ourselves, and we say so rather than implying capabilities we do not have.

Our customers are garment manufacturers, uniform and workwear suppliers, tailoring businesses, upholsterers and interior fit-out contractors, abaya and thobe makers, and fabric retailers.

How we work

Every enquiry starts with a specification: fibre composition, weight, width, finish, colour, quantity and the date you need it. If you only know the end use, tell us that and we will propose options with the trade-offs explained. We send samples before you commit, quote in writing with the origin and lead time stated, inspect against the approved sample before shipment, and handle import and clearance so you receive fabric and one invoice.

Being straight about our age

The company was registered in July 2026. We have no long trading history to cite, no client list to name, and we are not going to invent either. What we offer instead is verifiable: an active commercial registration you can check, specifications we stand behind, and a first order you can judge us on.

Why work with us

Straight answers on specification, price and dates

We are a new company and we would rather earn trust by being accurate than by overclaiming. That shapes how we quote.

01

We quote against a specification

Composition, weight, width, finish, quantity and origin — stated on the quotation, so you can compare our offer against anyone else's on equal terms.

02

Several origins, not one

We buy across India, China, Türkiye, Egypt, Pakistan, Korea and Japan, and we recommend the corridor that fits your priority — cost, quality or date.

03

Realistic lead times

We quote dates we can hold, including production, inspection, transit and clearance. If a date is not achievable we say so instead of agreeing and slipping.

04

Inspection before shipment

Goods are checked against the approved sample before they leave the mill, because a shade problem found in Bahrain is a shade problem you have already paid to ship.

05

Certification we can evidence

If we say a fabric is OEKO-TEX, GOTS or GRS certified, we can hand you the certificate and the transaction certificate for your shipment.

06

One point of contact

The person who quotes your order sees it through to delivery. No handovers, no repeating your specification to three different people.
