Services
How we supply fabric
Six services that cover the route from a specification on an email to rolls on your floor in Bahrain.
Wholesale fabric supply
Woven and knitted fabric supplied by the roll, the bale and the container, from stock where we hold it and to order where we do not.
Textile sourcing & procurement
Send us a specification or a swatch and we will find it. We work across several mill regions rather than pushing whatever one supplier happens to have.
Import & customs coordination
We handle the shipping file end to end — documentation, certificate of origin, HS classification and clearance into Bahrain through our broker.
Bulk & contract orders
Uniform, hospitality and medical programmes where the same quality and shade have to be repeatable order after order. We keep the approved reference on file.
Sampling & quality inspection
Header cards and cutting samples before you commit, and pre-shipment inspection against the approved sample before goods leave the mill.
Warehousing & regional delivery
Delivery across Bahrain and the wider Gulf, with call-off scheduling on contract quantities so you are not storing a full order on site.
What a typical order looks like
Most orders follow the same six steps. Knowing them up front makes the lead time we quote easier to plan around.
- Specification. You send fibre composition, weight, width, finish, colour, quantity and required date — or a physical swatch, which is better than all of them. If you only know the end use, we work backwards from that.
- Quotation. We come back in writing with the price, the origin the price is based on, the minimum order, the lead time and the payment terms. Nothing hidden in a footnote.
- Sampling. Header cards are free. A cutting sample is chargeable and credited against your bulk order. On coloured goods we send a lab dip for written approval before anything is dyed in bulk.
- Order and production. On confirmation we place the order with the mill. Production runs 25 – 45 days depending on origin, dyeing and whether the quality is in stock.
- Inspection and shipment. Goods are inspected against your approved sample before they leave the mill. We prepare the shipping file — invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, HS classification and any technical certificates.
- Clearance and delivery. We clear the goods into Bahrain through our broker and deliver to your premises. You receive the fabric and a single invoice.
Terms in plain language
- Minimum orders vary by fabric and origin, from around 100 m on silk to 3,000 m per colour on volume denim. Each collection page states its own minimum.
- Lead times of 45 – 80 days door to door are normal for made-to-order dyed fabric from Asia. Türkiye is faster; stock items are much faster.
- Prices are quoted per metre or per kilogram depending on whether the fabric is woven or knitted, and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Cotton in particular moves with the commodity market.
- Shade tolerance. Dye lots vary slightly. We match to an approved swatch or lab dip and keep it on file, but we will not promise a perfect match on every future lot, because no honest supplier can.
- Inspection on receipt. Please check goods on delivery and raise any shortage, damage or non-conformity in writing within seven days, before the fabric is cut.
Straight answers on specification, price and dates
We are a new company and we would rather earn trust by being accurate than by overclaiming. That shapes how we quote.
We quote against a specification
Composition, weight, width, finish, quantity and origin — stated on the quotation, so you can compare our offer against anyone else's on equal terms.
Several origins, not one
We buy across India, China, Türkiye, Egypt, Pakistan, Korea and Japan, and we recommend the corridor that fits your priority — cost, quality or date.
Realistic lead times
We quote dates we can hold, including production, inspection, transit and clearance. If a date is not achievable we say so instead of agreeing and slipping.
Inspection before shipment
Goods are checked against the approved sample before they leave the mill, because a shade problem found in Bahrain is a shade problem you have already paid to ship.
Certification we can evidence
If we say a fabric is OEKO-TEX, GOTS or GRS certified, we can hand you the certificate and the transaction certificate for your shipment.
One point of contact
The person who quotes your order sees it through to delivery. No handovers, no repeating your specification to three different people.
Tell us what you need and we will price it
Send a specification, a swatch or just the end use and quantity. You will get a written quotation with the origin, lead time and terms stated.
Ask us about a fabric
Send a specification, a swatch photo or just the end use and quantity.
