For denim and heavy cotton at volume, Pakistan is usually the most competitive origin. The large mills around Karachi, Lahore and Faisalabad are vertically integrated from spinning through weaving to laundry, which keeps cost down and quality consistent across a long run.
This is the corridor we use for industrial uniform programmes and denim orders where the quantity justifies a container and the priority is landed cost per metre rather than a short lead time.
Minimum quantities are the highest of our corridors. Below roughly 3,000 metres per colour the economics stop working, and we will point you to India or Türkiye instead rather than quote something that will not stack up.
