Poplin, twill, canvas and jersey in pure cotton and cotton-rich blends — the workhorse of most garment and uniform programmes.
Cotton is the fabric we are asked for most often, and the one where specification matters most. A 120 GSM voile and a 320 GSM canvas are both “cotton”, and ordering the wrong one costs a production run. We supply combed and carded cotton in poplin, twill, drill, canvas, sateen, voile and single jersey, plus cotton-rich blends where a buyer wants better crease recovery or a lower price point than pure cotton allows.
Because cotton is a commodity, price moves with the market. We quote against the specification you give us — composition, weight, width, finish and quantity — rather than a fixed list price, and we tell you the origin the quotation is based on so you can compare offers fairly.
Mercerised, sanforised, enzyme-washed and peached finishes are available on most constructions. Dyeing is to Pantone or to an approved lab dip; we will send a lab dip for sign-off before bulk on any coloured order.
